1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scrubs.my (“Scrubs”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use Scrubs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old
You must be a medical professional, student, or trainee
You must provide accurate and truthful information

3. User Accounts & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, message, upload, or make available through Scrubs.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activity
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse
Posting false medical claims or dangerous advice
Impersonation or misrepresentation of credentials
Posting sexually explicit or offensive content
Spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial solicitation
Violation of privacy or confidentiality laws

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant Scrubs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it in connection with operating the platform.

Scrubs does not endorse or verify user content and is not responsible for user submissions.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Scrubs is not a medical service. Content shared on the platform is for networking and discussion only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Marketplace Disclaimer

Marketplace transactions are solely between buyers and sellers. Scrubs is not a party to any transaction and disclaims all liability related to marketplace activity.

8. Monitoring & Law Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor, remove, or restrict content at our discretion. We may report illegal or criminal conduct to law enforcement authorities when required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scrubs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrubs and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scrubs, IXI DESIGN LLC, and their officers and employees from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Scrubs constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
